Channel One is an award winning satellite-fed news program broadcast to over 8 million students in 12,000 schools every day. Each morning and afternoon the first 12 minutes of class is dedicated to watching Channel One News. This news program is targeted at middle and high school students so it is typically more engaging for them to watch than the nightly news. For many, this is their only source of news. We are thrilled to be one of the Channel One schools in the United States. |
